I was amazed at the things the Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur reviews said this toy dinosaur could do. When you see it in person for the first time, it is amazing. It could potentially be a real baby dinosaur. It is just slightly taller than my son, Justin, at a little over three feet. Justin loves watching dinosaur characters on cartoons, and to see a “real” one up close was just awesome for him. He couldn’t get over it.
Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur has 11 different sensors positioned around his body that are activated by voices (sounds) and movement (motion). Kota actually reacts to those stimuli with sounds and movements of his own. His eyes open and close, and sometimes they open half-way. His mouth moves, his horns move, his entire head moves, and his tail moves. The Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur toy is one of the most interactive robot toys I have ever seen or heard of.
This life-like baby dinosaur plays four different adventure-filled tunes, and Justin loves singing along with him. Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur also has a very convenient volume control for if Kota and Justin get to singing just a little too loud on some occasions.
Kota’s “hide” is actually pretty soft and great for petting, which Kota really likes. Kota also comes with his own leafy snack. When Justin feeds him, Kota makes eating noises, and Justin just thinks that’s the greatest.
Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur is also ticklish, and when Justin tickles his tummy, Kota laughs. When Justin tickles Kota under his chin, he laughs more. Justin can hold out his hand to Kota, and the baby dinosaur will actually sniff at it. How much more realistic a baby dinosaur could you want, unless it’s the real thing and you’re living in Jurassic Park? But that may be a bit too much, especially for a toddler. Justin and I recommend the Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur as the wonder toy of the year.
