Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur Review: Bryan

When I brought home a Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur for my 4 year old, Alysse, she was all kinds of excited.  She was all ready to climb on top of Kota and take her for a ride.  Our 5 year old son, Jacob, was wide-eyed and waddling over to get to Kota.  He’s not quite big enough yet, but in another year, he’ll have his turn at riding Kota, too.  In the meantime, he can enjoy watching Alysse as she learns about this high-tech dinosaur toy.

When my wife and I read a Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur review, we thought it sounded like a great toy to spur Alysse on in her discovery of the dinosaur world.  She has always loved having dinosaur books read to her, and Kota gives her a way to interact with a dinosaur just her size.  She can climb on Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur and hold onto the handle as she imagines her way back into the past, traveling past thick bushes and tall trees, roaming the earth when more dinosaurs and less people were on it.

Alysse loves feeding her Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur his leafy snack, and she laughs as he makes munching sounds.  It’s as though he’s really eating and enjoying that snack.  Alysse shows Jacob how to reach up and scratch Kota’s belly, tickling him like she tickles Jacob and making them both laugh.  Kota responds to voice and movement, so when Alysse talks to him, he seems to look back at her through those expressive dinosaur eyes and respond in a form of communication.

The Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur toy is a very unusual dinosaur toy, a notch above those in the rest of its class.  Ever since we read a review about Kota, we thought he was something special and that he would make a big hit with a lot of kids.  We really want to thank Playskool for bringing the Kota My Triceratops Dinosaur so close to real life.
