When I came across the KOTA Triceratops Dinosaur while browsing through toy websites the other day, I knew I had to buy it for my four year old son, Logan, when it comes out on the market. Every time he sees a dinosaur in any way, shape, or form; he gravitates to it like he has never ever seen one before. It is so hard to pull him away from it sometimes. That’s why I know he will be beside himself, to say the least, when I introduce KOTA My Triceratops Dinosaur to him. Of course, I’ll use it for leverage to get him to clean up his room, but that’s just part of the deal.
If Logan can be entertained with a handful of miniature dinosaurs, as most children can, think what he’ll do when his own KOTA Triceratops Dinosaur sniffs his hand or actually “talks” to him. Well, I guess it will really be roaring, but KOTA’s mouth will open and close while he speaks and his eyes will look around the room. From what I have read, KOTA’s horns even move back and forth. I can’t wait to see what else he does when you greet him or tickle his chin.
KOTA My Triceratops Dinosaur is one of those toys that are really more than just toys. He’s a friend to spend hours each day with; trudging through a prehistoric jungle and exploring all there is to see in the long passed world of the dinosaurs. At four years old, my son is just the right size and age to ride on KOTA’s back and hold on to the hidden handle while he bounces up and down. The baby dinosaur makes stomping sounds so, even though he is not really walking, it won’t be hard to imagine that he is truly moving forward. There are also four gallantry songs that play along while they adventure out into the unknown. I guess I better find Logan a safari hat because I’m sure he’ll be asking for one once he thinks of all the imaginary places he and KOTA can explore together. They will probably be inseparable from day one.
After Logan and KOTA Triceratops Dinosaur have finally decided to come home from their arduous trek through the ancient jungle, I’m sure they will be famished and looking for something good to eat. Both can enjoy a snack together because KOTA comes with nice green leaves to chew on. I can’t wait to watch him munch away at his leafy meal, listening to him crunch and crunch. I’m sure Logan will make sure to eat all of his food, too, just like the dinosaur.
KOTA My Triceratops Dinosaur will definitely be on my list of gifts to buy, because I wouldn’t miss seeing the expression on my son’s face when he opens this one. Since it won’t be his birthday and I don’t think I can wait until Christmas, I guess I will have to go ahead and wrap it all up and surprise my little guy.
